You Can Do Anything for 30 Days

You can do anything for just 30 days.
Today I’m finishing up a yoga challenge, and am motivated to tackle 2024

I am at the very end of my 30 day yoga challenge, and it has me inspired to stay motivated for the rest of the year.

I go into more detail here on my latest YouTube Video. I also wanted to give you a simple PDF that you can print out and use to track any 30 day goals you have for yourself!

Here are some ideas I have:

Whole 30
30 walks
Journal for 30 days
shoot film every day for 30 days
pick a flower for 30 days
create a reel everyday for 30 days
create a black and white image every day for 30 days
no social media for 30 days
call my mom every day for 30 days
create a self portrait every day for 30 days
30 yoga classes in 30 days (DONE!)
read before bed every night for 30 days

@deerosaphoto has been hounding us to just get started with what we have where we’re at over on threads.
@hallease.mp4 has been perfectly using nuggets of ideas to produce long and short form content for her various projects.

And here I am, finding my own way.
