You Can Do Anything for 30 Days

You can do anything for just 30 days.
Today I’m finishing up a yoga challenge, and am motivated to tackle 2024

I am at the very end of my 30 day yoga challenge, and it has me inspired to stay motivated for the rest of the year.

I go into more detail here on my latest YouTube Video. I also wanted to give you a simple PDF that you can print out and use to track any 30 day goals you have for yourself!

Here are some ideas I have:

  1. Whole 30

  2. 30 walks

  3. Journal for 30 days

  4. shoot film every day for 30 days

  5. pick a flower for 30 days

  6. create a reel everyday for 30 days

  7. create a black and white image every day for 30 days

  8. no social media for 30 days

  9. call my mom every day for 30 days

  10. create a self portrait every day for 30 days

  11. 30 yoga classes in 30 days (DONE!)

  12. read before bed every night for 30 days

@deerosaphoto has been hounding us to just get started with what we have where we’re at over on threads.
@hallease.mp4 has been perfectly using nuggets of ideas to produce long and short form content for her various projects.

And here I am, finding my own way.

San Antonio is my new home

Why has Mae been so quiet on her blog? San Antonio is my new home! Read more to see some recent work and what you can expect in 2024.

The last week of 2021, I moved to San Antonio, Texas.
This means this wonderful city has been my home for two years now.

Along with families, maternity, newborn, senior, and engagement sessions, I’m thrilled to be adding back Wedding and Birth Photography in 2024.

I’m happy to find a home here, and can’t wait to meet more of San Antonio through my lens.
