Amberlee Bump

Last year I had the overwhelming honor to photograph this sweet family's wedding. Last October Nick & Amberlee tied the know with their son in tow. This October, they will welcome their second son into the world.

Watching and taking part in milestones like this is a privilege I don't take lightly. We lounged in her bedroom, snapping away, and eventually drug out her wedding dress that still smelled salty, and had pieces of dried seaweed stuck to the tulle underneath.

Amberlee (and Nick and Nolan), I cannot wait to meet this new little man.

From Amberlee: "The only other time I've felt this beautiful in my life is when you captured me breastfeeding my son. Thank you for your talent. Today was magical with you"

So if you are ready to celebrate how your family loves instead what your family looks like, or Grandma is begging for updated images of her babies that aren't edited via Instagram, or, let's be real, you just really, REALLY want to hang out with me- Contact me. Let's talk about your session.

Maybe She's a Wildflower

The young woman that she is growing to be - one that seeks to be obedient to her parents and Lord, one that is kind and girly and full of wonder - makes my heart ache with joy. Oh my little wildflower, I love you so.
