I attended Heather's birth last fall and she hasn't had family photos documenting that she is, in fact, a mama of 2, since then!
So we went out to one of her favorite spots for a pretty evening with her precious gals.

One Year for The Wells'

When a mama contacts me about documenting her baby's one year milestone of nursing, I always get excited. Thrilled for the mom, thrilled for the baby, yay first year.
When a mama contacts me about shooting in the Fairmount District in Ft. Worth. I do a little happy dance.
When a mama contacts me about shooting in her historic home in the Fairmount District, I pee my pants, *just a little bit* with excitement.

Imagine my excitement when Meagan contacted me wanting to do all three.

Every now and then, I find that the pictures that I've had rattling around in my head pop up on my camera.

Brooke's maternity session had a few, but her newborn session seemed to come straight from my dreams.
I got to welcome her sweet son in the comfort of her home, snuggled warm and sweet.
