Twin Belly on the Bay

A while back, my husband, of all people came home from work and said "Do you remember a Jenna M from high school? Well they've had a long pregnancy journey and they're finally pregnant. WITH TWINS!"First of all, I love that my husband knows me well enough to know any pregnancy news is worth telling me, because I just love babies, ha! Secondly I thought "Well, her photographer she will be lucky, I bet she's GORGEOUS!"

Imagine my surprise when a few months later I got an email from her asking about a session!

Jenna and her husband are such a very sweet couple, and she is carrying these babies (one boy and one girl) just beautifully! And I must add, their sweet fur baby did AMAZINGLY well. He's going to be such a good big brother :] I am over the moon excited to meet these babies this winter and am thrilled this woman gets to experience motherhood this way.

Browning Babe

As a photographer, I am honored to share intimate moments in people's lives that many aren't privy to. But I find it almost necessary to get all up in my client's space, where they are comfortable and raw and truly themselves. I will never tire of shooting in my clients homes. Or baby bellies. Or extra limey salsa. But now we're getting off track.

This beautiful mama and her family are waiting for their baby boy or girl to arrive ANY MINUTE now. So, while you're going over these... maybe send her some birthy vibes or a virtual hug. I think they are very ready to meet their sweet babe.

Amberlee Bump

Last year I had the overwhelming honor to photograph this sweet family's wedding. Last October Nick & Amberlee tied the know with their son in tow. This October, they will welcome their second son into the world.

Watching and taking part in milestones like this is a privilege I don't take lightly. We lounged in her bedroom, snapping away, and eventually drug out her wedding dress that still smelled salty, and had pieces of dried seaweed stuck to the tulle underneath.

Amberlee (and Nick and Nolan), I cannot wait to meet this new little man.
